If you have a certification but feel out of practice with the equipment, this session gives you space to review procedures and safety exercises with an instructor.
Refresh helps you revisit previously learned skills before joining other dives. If you are not yet certified, explore a first scuba experience instead.

Before you get in the water
Can I join without a diving qualification?
Refresh requires Open Water or above. Discover Scuba Diving is the relevant option for a first scuba experience.
What is included?
Poseidon lists one dive, full equipment and an instructor. Diving insurance is excluded. Check the current booking conditions.
Will I receive another certification?
A new certification is not advertised in the Refresh product. Its purpose is to help you review existing skills.
Is instruction available in English?
Please confirm the instructor’s language and learning materials for your dates before travelling. A translated website does not guarantee a class in that language.
