TRAINING AT PORT PELEGRÍ
Understand why your position keeps changing
Neutral buoyancy involves more than pressing a BCD button. This course connects weighting, posture, breathing and finning so you can understand how your setup behaves underwater.
It is for certified divers building experience or working on habits that make position control difficult. We do not promise a particular reduction in gas consumption.

Work on a horizontal position and fine buoyancy control during the dive.

Practise finning while maintaining clearance from the seabed and marine life.

Before you get in the water
Can an uncertified beginner join?
No. The prerequisite is Open Water or a higher qualifying certification.
How is it different from Refresh?
Refresh reviews skills after a break. This specialty dedicates two dives specifically to buoyancy and positioning.
Is it useful for underwater photography?
Position control helps you approach without touching the bottom. This is not a photography course and does not guarantee photographic results.
Is instruction available in English?
Please confirm the instructor’s language and learning materials for your dates before travelling. A translated website does not guarantee a class in that language.
