Stand Up Paddle Surfing or SUP is a variant of surfing where the surfer uses a paddle to move through the water while on a surfboard.

This modern sport was born in the 1960s in the Hawaiian Islands.

One of the reasons for the popularity of SUP is that, unlike surfing, it is very easy to learn. After an hour of practice, most people are able to Paddle Surf comfortably.

It is a very fun physical activity that mobilises almost every muscle group in the body. Even so, it is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, height or general fitness.

Our Port Pelegrí beach is an ideal place to practise Paddle Surfing. The bay is sheltered from strong winds and the sea is very calm during good weather.
