Stand Up Paddle Surfing or SUP is a variant of surfing where the surfer uses a paddle to move through the water while on a surfboard.

This modern sport was born in the 1960s in the Hawaiian Islands.

One of the reasons for the popularity of SUP is that, unlike surfing, it is very easy to learn. After an hour of practice, most people are able to Paddle Surf comfortably.

It is a very fun physical activity that mobilises almost every muscle group in the body. Even so, it is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, height or general fitness.

Our Port Pelegrí beach is an ideal place to practise Paddle Surfing. The bay is sheltered from strong winds and the sea is very calm during good weather.

Enjoy fun moments with friends or family, or unwind from the busy crowds on the beaches. You can rent your SUP by the hour, which gives you complete freedom to visit the wonderful coves and discover the secrets that our coast usually keeps hidden.

We invite you to take a guided tour with our instructor. If you have never tried Paddle Surfing before, this is a great way to learn the ropes from an expert. Also be sure to take a walk around the area of Calella and Golfet, or even further, for those looking for some adventure.

Make your request for the guided tour below and please indicate how many people will be joining you. We will contact you as soon as possible.
