Choose the qualification that fits your plans
Scuba Diver is part of the Open Water pathway. It may suit a shorter holiday if you intend to continue diving with a professional after qualifying.
It does not qualify you to dive independently with only another certified buddy. You can later complete the remaining training through an Open Water upgrade.

Work on buoyancy, mask skills and buddy assistance with your instructor.
Apply them from the boat
Poseidon’s programme includes two boat dives to put the training into practice.

Before you get in the water
Is certification guaranteed in two days?
Two days is the planned schedule. You must successfully complete the required knowledge and skills to qualify.
What does the booking page include?
Poseidon lists full equipment, online theory, insurance during the activities and PADI certification. Check the current conditions when booking.
How do I progress to Open Water?
Once you hold Scuba Diver, look at the separate Open Water upgrade. It is distinct from the full beginner course.
Is instruction available in English?
Please confirm the instructor’s language and learning materials for your dates before travelling. A translated website does not guarantee a class in that language.
